Hang on in there, Maman. You're normally so self-disciplined but it sounds as though we have this is common - once we stray off the straight and narrow getting back on it takes a special effort. Congrats on the smiley cat!

    Thanks for the encouragement HB.:)

I know it's poor food choices that are mostly to blame (We've eaten out 8 times in 4 weeks:eek:). Too many treat foods like chips, bread and cheese and invariably when I'm out socialising I have midweek alcohol which just adds to the total.

No drinking tonight. Hope you manage it too lucy.

    8 AFDs please Shaggy.

Good luck Lucy and Maman...you can do it!

DH is working late tonight, so I'm taking the boys over to see him and grab a takeaway to feed us all. Might also be on taxi duty to collect skids from the train station later, so definitely AF tonight.

    12/18 for me pls.

    Ok confession time....
Went out for dinner last night and drank too much wine. Felt so bad this morning that i couldn't get out of bed. Eventually i was sick and then felt better enough to move. Feel ashamed of myself to over do it that much, can't remember the last time i was ill on alcohol. Don't even want any for a long time. Cross with myself.

Anyway, so I changed my mind when I got home from work and did in fact have a drink, for the first time in a fortnight, and that means I'm still on 15/21 for today. I will probably also have a drink tomorrow but plan to be back on track on Sunday.
