Nothing to add to my total of AFD's as a friend called round with a chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc last night and it would have been rude to refuse I did only have one glass though - very pleased with my willpower as it is my favourite

Same as SukeyBoo - Had a drink last night but stopped at the one - leaving drinks that I didn't really want to go to. Should have resisted really, but at least I did stop at the one.

Please notch me up another 2 nights to 8/14 AF now.
Disastrous week. Spent whole week away with work, up at 6am every day breakfasting with colleagues and out with same people 4 nights in a row that I have spent the whole day working with, when I just wanted to go to bed early. The booze just got me through the evenings. Slept for 12 hours solid last night when I finally arrived home.
Can still make target if don't go mad. Not away this week (so far anyway) so it's very possible.
