Hope this works for you HB.
Microwaveable veg is my go-to meal (with low cal grated cheese) -delish! And quick!
Salads also good at the moment and all those lovely summer fruits (with cream which is low GI! so it's not all bad!)
Your suggestions for quick meals are very gratefully received; fortunately quite a lot of food that I enjoy is low GI, so I can build on your ideas and tailor a sort of mealplan so that I don't feel deprived. Reading around the subject I now realise I've been having breakfasts and lunch that appear to consist of 100% high GI foods, which might explain a lot. In any event, a great deal has been achieved over the past two days because I had the energy, so long may it last.
Whatever your motivation if it keeps you off the booze that's a positive, Elusive Lucy.

Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
