It's all gone a bit quiet here. I hope those that aren't posting are okay.Lovely numbers racking up from those that are.
Cutting down on bread and floury stuff hasn't worked at all on the energy front, so I'm going with your idea Shaggy and am now trying the low GI thing. Yesterday, the first day, was a revelation but I'm having to retrain my bad habit on basically deciding on the carbohydrate and then the other aspects of meals.
15/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Afternoon :hello:
2 more AFDs for Thursday and yesterday.
ShaggyXxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hope this works for you HB.
Microwaveable veg is my go-to meal (with low cal grated cheese) -delish! And quick!
Salads also good at the moment and all those lovely summer fruits (with cream which is low GI! so it's not all bad!)What do we do when we fall? 5/18 for tonight thanks. Got on the scales this morning and had a massive shock (not a good one), so have done a fast day today, so definitely no alcohol for me tonight. I'm now half a stone over my previous heaviest ever weight, so cutting back on the alcohol will help me with that. The last few weeks when I haven't had a drink I have been eating a lot of junk in addition to my relatively healthy meals, which I must stop. Have done my 10k steps today by walking at lunchtime and again when I got home. Did 13k yesterday with a long walk with OH, so off to a good start, but then I have said that before on a Monday then fallen off the wagon on Tuesday, so determined not to do that this week. What goes around comes around.....I hope!0
