Afternoon all! 4/15 for me please Shaggy.
Re ginger beer, it is my go-to non-alcoholic drink of choice, with a few drops of Angostura bitters, which makes it taste like an adult drink rather than a substitute (well that's what I think). It is worth buying a good brand of ginger beer as the cheaper brands can tend to taste metallic or sugary. Personally I love Fever Tree. Fentiman's is good too, incredibly fumey and strong, in a good way. Again, just my opinion!0 -

Mixed bag here since my last posting - Didn't drive for the family meal as we stayed over and it made more sense to take OH's car as it has a bigger boot. But, I did manage AFD yesterday and tonight, so I am now up to 3/18. Not ideal but I feel better. I had a fair bit on Saturday but stuck to Prosecco and didn't have a hangover yesterday. What goes around comes around.....I hope!0
