Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Good morning everyone,
1 more AFD for me please for last night, thanks for the chart and keeping score.
Thanks Arkers x0 -
Have a fabulous holiday HoneyBear & Maman
Welcome back Flimsier & congrats on your massive achievement.
I sooo know the dreadful hangover feeling CuppaTea. I'm just glad that - for now - I know the fresh feeling in the morning instead of my normal pattern. I'm only one weak moment away from chaos, injury & remorse though.
Busy afternoon planning & sorting re: new venture and grateful for my clear head.
Have a great day Everyone.

Morning :hello:
2 AFDs for Monday & Tuesday. Lost 1 and a half pounds already and realised I'd already put on a pound before we left - so holiday weight gain now 1 and a half pounds! :-D
Shaggyx
It's good that weight that goes on quickly generally goes off quickly too. I'm telling myself that and I haven't even been on holiday yet!:D
It's the same with being AF. I don't plan to try on holiday but when I get back I'll start afresh as I will with the healthy eating. It's important to separate RL from treats. (Apologies to those who choose to give up completely but the treats principle still applies I think).:)
Feeling much better today after an AF day yesterday. Having a thick head yesterday was a timely reminder why I have AF days.
No plans to drink today.
1 AFD please Shaggy.0 -

Target for June is 20/30 please.
I find it hard to get back into AFD's after the routine has been broken on holidays.
Hope June is better for you.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
+1 day for June please Shaggy. You are such a star for your commitment to keeping score. I know it helps me lots so thank you.
Can't believe the thought crossed my mind to have a drink tonight after how rough I felt yesterday. Firmly shoved it back where it belongs and had tea with the kids, which is almost guaranteed to stop me starting. After dinner I generally feel full and content and don't crave alcohol.
I have no wine in the house anyway and although I like a G&T, I can take it or leave it.
So off to a good start. Hopefully will maintain it on thursday and friday i won't drink as i'm out and driving. That will be 4 days in a row, I generally make it to 2 or 3 before having a night off. As long as I'm not drinking every night and I get 3 if not 4 days in a week, i'm happy with that. Still need to concentrate on my units as i'm over 14 per week.
When I look back at where I was 3 years ago, I am pleased with my progress. Not going to beat myself up about Monday, just remember it and look forward.
Enjoy your hols Maman, will miss you!Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
