Went to SW last night and after just five weeks I've lost a stone in weight,

Back from my holidays and according to the scales not a day too soon (4 pounds in 2 weeks can that be right!)
Lost track of my AFDs on holiday - so setting a target of 2 for today and tomorrow.
Off to get the scores......
