Your tone is sarcastic and spiteful, these forums are supposed to be for helpful advice not your sour knee jerk reactions something you don't like the sound of.
Fine I'll send the pram back, I just looked at her feedback again and the last person she sold the pram to also sent it back at their expense, she sent it too me 2 weeks after I bought it on bin, it seems she needed it returned from the previous buyer before it couldbe posted to me eh? Oh well once bitten and all that.!
What dishonest w@nkrs we have in society these days!!
There is nothing spiteful about my post at all.
You just dont like what you hear and I have offered you help.
Send the pram back if its dangerous and in such a bad condition and be done with it.0 -
Speak to Ebay they MAY help if you let them know that this is the second time that the pram has been listed/refused/returned, if the don't then sadly negative feed back will be all you can do through Ebay ........... Consider advice re action out side of Ebay ie courts / small cliams.

All I wanted to find outs if I had to be the one to loose out on the returns cost or not, you started making assumptions and accused me of making stuff up! That says more about your character than mine.
Camp Dave and slow cooker actually gave me useful suggestions! I will phone ebay tomorrow and see if they can help consider the pram has already been returned and had neg feedback left once ( it was only left yesterday). Unfortunate as it's two item it's 39.60 to return as cheaply as I can.yes i have 6 kids by two different fathers, but Im the parent that is there for them ALWAYS!! :A0 -

As someone else has said contact Ebay and the might cover the postage, it does not happen alot but it does happen.
Otherwise Ebay have no way of forcing the seller to pay you the return postage,
Yes there are dodgy sellers on Ebay but their are plenty of good ones too, don't be put off the whole thing because of this,
Sadly there are also dodgy buyers (not saying you are at all) and therefore many sellers don't do partial refunds at all these days as some dodgy buyers use it to try to get items cheaper!0 -

The seller sold you a pram you do not like, so return it.Even if they have sold the same one before and had it returned, it has no bearing on your situation.
The cost of a phone call to Ebay will be more than the postage as current waiting times are very long.
As said, youre annoyed that theres no raincover and want to return it at their cost but because they wont pay it its now fit for the bin. (but can be miraculously restored by a partial of £25)
A genuine buyer wouldnt not be asking for a partial refund on a filthy, dirty, broken, in bad condition pram............its as simple as that.0 -
