if they do, just laugh at them and ask them to remove from your property before you phone the police.
I have calculated it today and it's actually £16. Jokers. Yet business tycoons get away with non payment of millions of pounds of tax and nothing happens. This is why it particularly annoys me.0

Ok, so I have composed this letter.
If you guys can let me know your thoughts I would appreciate it:
 RE: FORMAL COMPLAINT
 Dear Sir/Madam,
 Reference No: EXXXX
I am writing in relation to the quantity and frequency of telephone calls that I have received from your company, which I deem to be personally harassing. I spoke with one of your operators last week and advised that any outstanding amount requested by eBay has been paid IN FULL and accepted. I have no contract with your Company, and therefore I acknowledge no debt to you whatsoever.
However, I am still receiving phone calls and I request that you cease ALL communication with immediate effect. I am of the view that your continued harassment of me by telephone and aggressive tactic puts you in breach of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
If you fail to comply with the above request and continue to harass me you, will also be in breach of the Communications Act (2003) s.127 and I will report you to OFCOM, Trading Standards, and The Office of Fair Trading, meaning that you may be liable to a substantial fine and/or other sanctions as they see fit. Be advised that any further telephone calls or subsequent correspondence from your company may be recorded and used in evidence, and I expect this harassment to cease immediately.
 Yours faithfully,0

contact them and tell them u dispute the debt as it was paid before they contacted you and remind them that under uk law once a debt has been disputed that it must be passed back to the original company in this case eBay and it is illegal for the debt company to contact you again whilst the dispute is open also inform them that you are logging all calls and correspondence and will report them to trading standards and the police for criminal harassment if the contact you again0

Meanwhile can you block their number? Ask your phone provider.
Then they will have to contact you by letter and will probably not bother.0

The thing is, I made the payment after the date of their letter, although I didn't receive the letter before I made the payment due to the xmas post delays. This is what they said to me in respect of the admin fee.
I have written the letter above anyways. Do i need to use a recorded service or will first class do? I am reticent to spend any money fighting these idiots! 0 0

You'll need to prove that they received it if you do have to take it any further so would need to be recorded.
Ok thanks buddy. They just called again. Almost good as it reminds to keep this thread updated. They persistent b*stards. And all for £16....god I hate them.
Will send the letter today and will keep you guys updated as to the outcome. 0 0

Ok, so to update, I posted a letter via recorded delivery ad they received it Saturday 11th Jan. Now they seem to be phoning me even more, twice a day since Monday this week. I am this I<--->I close from answering and telling them to f**K off, however, I know this is not the thing to do.
What next? How do I go about reporting them, as it is genuinely becoming outrageously irritating - all for £16. However I simply refuse to pay them out of principle.0

Get in touch with Trading Standards or Citizen's Advice, also see if you have any mail from them, if they have a regulatory body they're a member of.
Personally I'd answer, refuse to give them my personal details and ask them not to call again. If you've already done that try blocking their number, you can also report the number to your phone company (I think)..0

Thanks. I may answer tomorrow then and refuse to confirm who I am and see what happens. I almost don't want to answer as eventually i'm hoping they'll just give up. I can't block the calls as it's an iphone 3. I am almost tempted to buy a 5 just to block their damn calls! :mad:0
