I have a Plusnet and TalkTalk connection.

I used to be a very big fan of Plusnet, but since they started all these daft unlimited broadband offers the service has been average at best. Calling them, you can be waiting easily up to 30 minutes and ticket responses take days and they often don't actually answer what you ask, so you ask again and wait days again for a response. Although complaining on twitter or their forums ensures you get a quicker response.

If looking for a good deal, I'd recommend TalkTalk if they are available at your exchange or one of their resellers.

steer well away fromBT terrible customer service from their 'stick to the script'indian call centre.endless problems with connections and slow broadband . and they havent even sorted out my phone line that crackles so much i cant hear people properly. we've just signed up to tesco-wish me luck-at least the call centre is in england!
