Hi

that is the reason i am never going to buy from e2save again or any other similar phone companies.
if its not too late
try to cancel it altogether if you can and find a better deal or if you still want the 6230 get it from cpw at least you can go in the shop and sort the problem if there is any!!!Honesty is the best policy doesn't matter which web site
you are on!
if i had known then what i know now!
a bargain is only a bargain if you really need it!0 -
My brother had his phone repaired by Nokia and when it arrived back by the courriers I*****l ****link, the package had some security tape wrapped around it in red. When he opened the package the only thing that was in there was the battery cover.
Seems as though the courrier guys know that new phones have good value and may be nicking them in transit. Luckily the post was insured and he got a new phone. Similar to posties nicking credit cards and stuff.
Sorry if I offend any posties or courriers, it's only a very small minority who probably do this.0 -
Got an upgrade from Singlepint once, the package was open and the box too the courier told me this and I checked it and everything was included and fine?! He told me they got it like that - maybe someone had a change of heart!2p off is still 2p off!0

They called me today and the lady said that as far as they were concerned the box had a phone in when it left their depot so it wasnt there problem. I got really angry and said that the box did not have a security label on it which indicates that it had been tampered with in thier depot. She said that the fact that their was no security label does not matter as she checked the weight of the package with the courier and it was the correct weight.
She told me to take the matter up with the courier company. So I called the courier company and they told me that any investigation has to be communicated from the sender (e2ave.com). So i called e2save back and the lady phone the courier company while I was on hold. Then she was told the same, so she came back to me and mutterred something like "this would mean more work for me (referring to the possibilty of the investigation)" she decided to replace the handset.
I made a mistake by agreeing, I should have just said I am no longer interested in the contract and cancelled it there and then. Because now, I would have preferred the samsung d500!!!
Lets just hope the the package which should arrive tomorrow would have the phone inside this time!!!
By the way, they did not ask for the previous non-package back. That still has the other stuff in it along with a orange sim card. When I agreed the new delivery, the guy said that I will be getting another sim card. I asked him that I already have a sim card with the first package. I asked him to confirm that I will not be on 2 orange lines, and he said that the first sim card will be disconnected ----does that make sense???0 -
Even when you receive the new one, you still have 14 days to cancel, it might have to be in writing or just returning the phone might cancel it, check their T&C.
I have never dealt with them, but if there like that then just cancel, it's no skin off your nose, it's THEM who's losing a customer and spreading the word their rubbish.
Cancel asap.
And they do normally cancel the sim just to be on the safe side.
good luck with it.0 -

Very poor service. When you buy anything the contract to supply is between you and the Retailer and if anything goes wrong with the supply it is up to the Retailer to resolve the issue.0 -
