Hi all

I received the delivery from e2save.com this morning for the 6230, I opened the package, and to my horror i found that everything was there (battery, sim card, charger, etc) apart fromt the phone!!!!

I called e2save and they said that they are first going to check with the courier company to confirm the weight of the package and then they are going to check what the correct weight should have been.

Has anyone else had similar experience. And if so, how was it resolved in the end.

I am worried now that they may say that the weight was correct and there for imply that I was lying and that they cant to anything about it. Does anyone know where I stand with situation? Please help!!!!

    There was no security label there, just a little sellotape which I peeled back to open it.

    What does the seurity label looklike? does it have barcodes and stuff?

    also when u received it today, did the courier give it directly to you? and asked u to sign it?

    did u notice anything wrong with the packaging? like has it been opened?

    one question for the others, would it be a good idea to open the package in front of the courier and check the phone before signing? as I have ordered one with e2save and it will arrive soon.

    does anyone actually do this?

    The seal security is a white sellotape, saying:

    =============
    I'm secure

    Check contents if
    seal is broken or
    'VOID' displayed
    =============

    I always write UNCHECKED on the paper when signing for the package. When one signs for a package, I assume, the signature is to confirm that you've received and checked the contents.Based on this, I guess you could open it to check the contents in front of them and refuse delivery if the contents were not all there or write down on the signature paper if anything is missing from the box.

    It did not have a security label on the box which indicates that there was no phone in the box in the first place when it left the warehouse....

    I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.

    I am so annouyed now and I just want to cancel the whole thing now!!!

    I had it delivered at work and so the receptionist signed for it.

    The package was fine and was unopened.

    If mine arrive tomorrow, i am gonna open the package in front of them and check the security seal of the mobile box. Then i would sign...

    I got mine from CPW and it didn't have a security label on it, just a tape. But there was a phone in it. So the security label doesn't mean anything.
