i dont think my initial defence claim was any good to be honest with you i only put in what happened on the day of the ticket being issued. no excuse i know but i wasnt feeling great at the time and just wrote down what my partner told me wright down! c-m adviced that i could add more if this was allocated to court.i now have a better understanding of how things work. im going to hospitol today to get a 24 hour heart monitor i hope PE wont send me anything negative whilst i have that on or it might go off the scale!! not sure about raising a claim myself, dont feel confident enough but if they carry on with this and make me pay we shall have to see. help from this forum has been great so far and is the reason why im still fighting this.
