Just as the title says.

I went into the Walsall store about 4pm today and all individual xmas cards were 3 for £1! I purchased a mix of small and large including light up ones they were originally 6.00 each. The sales assistant said she wasnt sure how long this would run for.

I tried to buy a big boxed card under this offer but the SA insisted they were not included.

Grab yourself a great deal for next xmas!

rugger brought 3 at half price Friday Monks Cross York -this a much better deal. They had a wide selection on Friday in York good choice. If you can get the £6 ones in this deal wow go for it. Thanks OP.
  • I just did this today, in the Bath Spa Clintons. 6 Christmas cards, RRP £16.75, for £2 in the sale! They had separate shelves for the more expensive ones, which only seemed to be 50% off - do make sure you check before you get to the till, as not all stores are discounting by the same.

Was not in the 2 locals I visited yesterday - all still half price! And TBH they are never worth the original RRP as most are just a basic picture and just say merry Christmas inside - where are the nice worded cards these days? And how much longer will Clintons survive this time with cards with this RRP - they were rescued a while ago and I do not think it will be long before they are gone again!
No buying toiletries challenge - possibly for most of 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015!
    £1 in sealed pot for each UU (2011 135/500:D) 2012 have UU 130/400 (never realised I had a mini chemist under my bed!!!) :rotfl:2013 UU 156/350. 2014 UU 197/250 2015 UU 16/100

Lol they would have suited my mum then, she used to read the verse s in b'day and Xmas cards and be like 'no I wouldn't say that to them, I can't have in the card if I wouldn't mean it'. :D
  • Thanks for posting. Just bought 9 'relative' cards (no ordinary ones left) for £3, originally priced £22. Especially pleased to find such nice granddaughter cards. Resisted the 75% gifts - bought some last year and then couldn't think who would really like them and they are still in present drawer!

  • Lots left in my store this morning including open cards. Seemed to be lots that weren't actually there before Christmas as plenty of choice. Staff were having to price adjust everything through till though as "new thing" so maybe those whose stores didn't have it yesterday were just too early
