Just back from holidays. Bought some stewing beef back with us and also some steak, have most food in stock for this week's plan. Just need to buy a cauliflower when I go to the market on Tuesday.

Sun - steak, tartiflette (from a tin!) brussels with a brandy sauce
Mon - beef bourgignon (made in SC), mash
Tues - Either Cauli cheese or mac cheese (prefer cauli but depends whether I can get a reasonably priced one)
Wed - Sausages, LO tartiflette, veg
Thurs - Chicken tikka masala & rice
Fri - Salt & pepper pollock, HM chips & peas
Sat - LO beef bourgignon & mash

Lots of people doing well sticking to plan :T

I am just roasting a 12-16kg turkey so it will come as no surprise that our meals will be turkey based :D
    Sunday-Turkey dinner
Monday-Turkey with mushrooms and cheese with garlic bread
Tuesday-Turkey and vegetable curry with turmeric rice and home fried prawn crackers
Wednesday-Turkey tikka massala lasagne with cauliflower
Thursday- Turkey and chorizio pizza with garlic dough balls
Friday- Turkey and gammon pasta bake
Saturday- Turkey and mushroom pie with chips and peas

I'll make a soup with the bones for lunches and also have some for sandwiches.
Breakfasts will be porridge and fruit or toasts. Snacks will be using up mince pies and chocolates.
Tonights lasagne was lovely but we have frozen all the lo turkey now, all 20 portions of it

I think we will go off plan tomorrow and have either beans on toast or sausage, chips and beans :D

I hope everyone is doing well sticking to plan? :A

Have made a couple of changes to this week's plan!

Didn't fancy the LO tartiflette so just had mash instead tonight.

Now having cauli cheese Friday instead of fish & chips!

Shuffled around a bit but not too worried as most things are in the freezer anyway :)

Is next weeks thread up yet? I need to do my plan before I'm back to work tomorrow.

Another change to the plan for tonight! I forgot to marinade the turkey for the curry so swapped with tomorrow night's dinner of cauliflower cheese, which had already replaced the originally planned salt & pepper pollock, chips & peas!

We're usually quite good with sticking to plan but since we can back from holiday at the weekend everything seems to be going haywire! I'm sure we'll get back on track soon. I usually plan for the month but doing a week at a time at the moment which for some reason doesn't seem to work as well for me!

New month starts for me on 24th so hopefully once I get back to monthly planning things will be better!
