He's gone on Channel 4 news and stated that he has a dislike for single mothers as tenants.

As this was a single mother, I'd assume he wasn't all that concerned.

Maybe it's cheaper overall to manage their business this way. Or maybe they're just not very good at running the business at all.

If I had to guess, my guess would be that they are just don't care, which is of course an awful way to treat your tenants. Overlooking the disgraceful way that they have treated that tenant, which is unforgivable. I think that they just don't care about losing tenants or being financially efficient. After all, how on earth are they actually going to spend their wealth before they die, they can't, isn't in the 100's of millions? So from a strictly financial point of view, they probably don't care.

I'm pretty sure you're correct they certainly don't care about their tenants. I'm just not sure about the truth of their reported wealth.

If you had assets in the many tens of millions and were not competent enough to administer and maintain them, wouldn't it make sense to employ a letting agency to take care of them and relax and enjoy your fabulous wealth? They don't come across as contented people.

If I've said it once I've said it...well at least a couple of other times...they are men of straw (yep "they", as in both those blokes, Mr & Mr Wilson). Cash poor and asset rich, well actually Cash poor & mortgaged up to their gills (literally - probrably got webbed feet as well) - in the past he's been banging on about selling up to a Russian oligarch, then a football consortium...oh and then it threatens to single handedly trash the housing market by putting his whole portfolio on the market at once...I know right! threaten to colapse the housing market, threatening to trash the price of the very assets he's trying to dispose of...and this guy was a maths teacher!!! what a *****.

He's a repugnant bully...he hounds and harasses his poor tenants, entering properties without cause or permission, apparently often entering the property to undertake repairs himself...he doesn't hire solicitors to defend him in all the civil suits he gets involved in - he defends himself usually unsuccessfully - might just be because he's as thick as pig s..., but personally I think it's lack of liquid cash - or poor as he'd probably say, he's in the same class as all the people he's excluding, with one difference... most of the people on his list will be good honest decent people, a category of which he unfortunately falls far short. Oh, and this "don't batter your woman" campaign...it's so neanderthal... like us guys own our women..it's a joke right?, and we're supposed to take this advice from a man who battered/punched a young estate agent in folkestone (he defended himself and lost the court case), oh and then he was taken to court by a electricity/utility company for making abusive and threatening phone calls to their staff (he defended himself...yep you guessed it...Ha, he lost!)

The answer...well, I think all of their tenants should form a union and speak with one voice...if you want to crush the Wilsons all you have to do is withhold your rents until the banks foreclose on them...they can't afford to take you all on legally and have you evicted, the banks will take ownership of the properties, they'll be sold off and most of you will end up with a far better land lord...let's face it it couldn't be worse.

If ever there was a case for compulsory sterilisation eh?
