I still say you were lucky to buy BTL`s at the right time and (like Fergus) have missed the selling window that would have seen you lock in all the bubble gains. No idea what you are doing on here all day with that wealth at your finger tips, you are either an even bigger clown than you think I am, or a liar.
You know what, the more I analyse investments the luckier I get. I only care to the extent that I won't let a foolish clown like you get away with talking down to me, so feel free to keep digging.
EDIT: Being a bigger clown than I think you are, just isn't possible!Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Wrong again Chuck -
"Have you ever thought of finding a financial strategy that might actually be successful for you, rather than concentrating on the potential (unlikely) demise of others, and thus avoid having to experience your own (slow motion car crash) financial management disaster?
Please believe me when I say that your situation is way beyond amusing, it is tragic"
You started talking down to me (because I criticised your hero, Fergus)
Why? Because you lurk all day on a sub sub forum full of overleveraged landlords looking for arguments to make yourself feel better about being trapped in a bubble you can`t get out of. :rotfl:0 -

Are you not actually capable of searching through my posting history (I've repeated it enough for god's sake!) and discovered that I despise Fergus Wilson? No interest in your posting history, I could sum it up in a few words probably anyway. I talked about Fergus being an obvious disaster zone (if "wealth" buys happiness he must have got lost in the shopping mall :rotfl:) and you jumped in. I`m starting to think you may actually BE Fergus and not some 12 year old on their laptop conducting a long term (and tedious) internet wind-up.0 -

Total fiction, this is the first post from you that I responded to on this thread:Crashy_Time wrote: »No, it is "too much" because if he hadn`t been bailed out by emergency interest rates he would have been f*ucked, and he probably still will be because of the Brexit vote, which I must admit is quite amusing......:rotfl:
If you have to lie, can't you hide it better? Don't you realise that it is quite simple for the other posters to follow our discussion? But you had no reason to respond, other than to start an argument, why don`t you grace the Brexit thread on the main forum with your years of financial wisdom, see if a bigger audience buys it?0 -

Crashy I think most on this forum know that you are below the average intelligence of a 12 year old. If you don't really think that I actually am a university lecturer in quantity surveying, aren't you capable of testing me yourself, or at least finding someone else to test me? It isn't exactly rocket science to do so, is it? Is that really beyond you?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
