accused Fergus Wilson (mogul or not being irrelevant)
His position of power is entirely relevenat.
I don't like his business model, but I too hope justice if served.0 -

The question was about how much debt he has not how much debt he had.If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

Have you ever thought of finding a financial strategy that might actually be successful for you, rather than concentrating on the potential (unlikely) demise of others, and thus avoid having to experience your own (slow motion car crash) financial management disaster?
Please believe me when I say that your situation is way beyond amusing, it is tragic.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Insulation? They all pass the EPC no problem, it really isn't an issue. My 4 (in addition to the other 5 non council properties) 'ex council hovels' are worth between £460k and £600k each, but they are worth significantly less than our other (non ex-council properties), so probably time to get off laughing on the the floor Crashy, and get around to sorting your life out. You really are on a totally losing argument line here, it isn't England v Iceland, it is England v San Marino! on an aggregate score of San Marino being 5:0 down. I seemed to have missed Scotland's games, how did they do?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

You sound a lot like Fergus, it`s all paper wealth ( and debt) and B.S. Stop spending all day on the internet arguing with people and get selling before it is too late.0 -

I spend about 10-15 mins on this forum per day, but we've already done that argument, and you accepted that you also do it yourself, memory failing you?
It really isn't Crashy, even if you ignore our significant property equity, there is still over £2m in equities, fixed pension, own home (mortgage free) and cash (mainly my wife's, I just don't do cash). How many times have we been here before though, will it ever sink in?
EDIT: I'll have to settle for you being San Marino and myself being England, but even that is not correct, I just can't think of a worse team than San Marino.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I don`t really care to be honest, but you obviously care....a lot, as you never tire of telling people about it. I still say you were lucky to buy BTL`s at the right time and (like Fergus) have missed the selling window that would have seen you lock in all the bubble gains. No idea what you are doing on here all day with that wealth at your finger tips, you are either an even bigger clown than you think I am, or a liar.0
