I think that he needs urgent help (and I don't mean in buying a house). I really think that he is mentally ill, this is way beyond stupidity.

Not sure what it is with him could just be trying to wind people up.

He needs to have a word with geneer then, he could wind me up. But crushy is just too pathetic, I think he is probably either having real difficulties or he gets totally stoned at night and can't communicate effectively.
Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop

Haha, that was the best day ever on these boards when geneer lost his mind and said he had bought 18 months earlier (curiously at the hindsight bottom of the market). The tardis pics and wormhole time travel descriptions were hillarious. Geneer left the board in disgrace after that, never to return. He made such a fool of himself.

It's par for the course for these guys though, and this crashy guy is no different. I wouldn't be surprised if he is still in school, he comes across as very immature.

Go on, be a mature adult and tell us how many houses Big Fergus has managed to sell.

Don't know, don't care. I'm far too busy securing my own financial security to worry about someone else's, especially someone who is a total stranger.

One usually finds that the people who want others to do badly are usually doing badly themselves and instead of concentrating on raising themselves up, they want to drag everyone down to their level. It's sad really, but again, not my problem.

Fergus is certainly painted in the papers as an odious little !!!!! but he's done well for himself by running a business that I suspect follows the law far more closely than most large companies do.

He doesn't pass off horsemeat that is unfit for human consumption as beef mince or collude with other landlords to fix prices or sold a product that he knew was a genuine risk to people's lives.

Good luck to them. They saw a gap in the market and successfully filled it.

And it's made them so happy.

My point of objection about the Wilsons is that Mortgage Express should have foreclosed on them. If it were you or I unable to meet our mortgage payments that is what would have happened to us.

But because they were mega investors they were given special terms and reduced payments. To me that is just another example of big business getting a leg up over normal people.

Its no different to Flo's Cafe down the road going out of business because they cant pay their rates when the Starbucks next door flourishes without paying a penny.
