I said I bet you are glad you are not trying to sell NOW, not 10 or 20 years in the future, Fergus, the person we are discussing is straining on his leash to sell NOW (has been for six years :j :j ) but it seems he can`t?

What you need to realise is that I don't particularly like the Wilsons, you seem to think I do, but I don't.

I know how it works, it is like me convincing myself that I have a really valuable guitar, and trying to sell it at a high price for six years, then just giving up and trying to sell the strings and other bits as spares. You can`t live in a guitar, but you get the picture I`m sure.

Yes selling in 10 to 20 years, i.e the same as what I have just said 'not for at least 10 years' what do you not understand about that? Is English not your first language?


I just said to my wife can you believe this guy (and relayed what you posted) and she said, he can't be that stupid, he is trying to wind you up. I said, he isn't doing very well, as you can see I'm laughing at him, and he regularly posts equally stupid posts.

I said 'in 10 to 20 years' and then later, 'not for at least 10 years', the two statements are entirely compatible. You seem to think differently?

I post, you or one of your chums (see what I did there) is up from the depths of the forum and attacking the post like a hungry shark who won`t let go. Yes, the statements are compatible, but there is a difference in saying "may sell in ten years" as opposed to "won`t sell for 20"?

Yes there is a difference but I said neither of those statements:

I didn't say I won't sell for 20 years, I said probably in 10 to 20 years (i.e. 10 years is merely in the range).

Also there is a difference between 'may sell in 10 years' to 'not for at least 10 years', there is a clear distinction between the two statements.

Sorry but you failed again, you have some real issues don't you? Either that or you are stoned, which would explain your very poor comprehension.

I think that he needs urgent help (and I don't mean in buying a house). I really think that he is having real difficulties, this is way beyond stupidity.
