Had a bigger shop today than intended and ending up spending £44.05 but this included a lamb shoulder joint which was reduced which I only bought today as it is on my "shopping list" for the monthly meat shop on Thursday and thought might as well get it today while it was reduced. This also included a bottle of wine for the weekend which I wouldn't normally buy until my regular Thursday shop but had a voucher with £1 off which runs out tomorrow so all in all although I spent about £15 more than I needed to I have actually saved at least a fiver over what it would have cost me on Thursday, iykwim!
I think I'll still be just within budget after my shop on Thursday which is my last one of the month as currently at £199.68/£250.

Forgotten i had bought gnocchi in the week as hadn't had it delivered in shopping, so need to add £1.30 plus some YS bread which i think was 23p a pack. Then today's spend was £7.16 mainly on fruit but some YS bakery items fell in there too. Aswell, as ready made yorkshires ( having to cook in halo at mo due to cooker being broke, so can't do my own) and Quorn pieces.
Unbelievably i've had to do another Tesc* delivery for tomorrow, as i've ran out of washing (laundry) liquid and they seemed to have the best deal on, so topped up on more offers.
Note from here on in *stop stockpiling*!!!!
PS Congrats to Bluegreen 123, and better luck to all those who are going through more difficult times.

Evening all
A huge Te$c0 order before the weekend as we had guests Sun/Mon and today. I'm quite proud of myself as I have produced some lovely meals but haven't had to buy anything extra and stuck to my plan although I am totally pooped now! I've meals and lunches planned till the 28th which is when my months run to and from so should only need a couple of small top ups for milk and fruit etc.
The freezer still has quite a bit of meat in there so I think I could do with sitting down and working out realistically just how many meals are in there and plan them in for the rest of March/April as I'd really like to empty the freezer next month.
Enough blabbering now, have a good evening everyoneGC Feb - £190/£200
