Hi there
I'll be in again for February. please put me down for £200 month runs from 1st to 28th. Just the two of us and no pets - will add that to my signature.
Already spent quite a lot off Feb budget as we do one stock up shop on cr card. Went to Mr T yesterday to get offers that expire 21st and 26th January and saved £7.77 compared to other supermarkets. Now got lots of things like two large F liq for £3, toiletries and decaff coffee on offer as were running really short - so should last for a while. Think everything I got was lower price than recommended.
Like to shop there as use the points for our treats.
Have a good February everyone. My aim this month is to stay in budget and reduce my NSDs even further to just one shop day a week!July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

My budget is £200
I've spent a good chunk of it already, but that's going to be for meal planning so hopefully I'll manage.0 -
GOOD MORNING ALL!,lovely sunny day over here. will have nsd deffo. have got 1of the gammons I got in mr t new years day for 2.00 quid in slow cooker will do that and roast and mash and veg and made choc cake last night so easy lunch for us. BMG good to see you back you were quite stressed the last time I read your post I hope you have sorted out and settled down a bit. I remember when I first came on here I was overwhelmed with bills/food cost/managing EVERYTHING , and coming on here kept me focussed and having great people to talk to in the same boat as was brilliant. so hang in there some days are tough and others are a breeze.roll on over a year later my food costs are down about 300 a month and got most of my debt cleared. I addicted to ys shopping, bargains, charity shops and just about everything cheap. think I will go out and start prepping garden for growing my veg as the time is coming soon for getting some things in the ground. also my ebay selling is good sold another 4 items last night so off for now have a great day all sorry for rambling xxxC.R.A.P.R.O.L.L.Z #7 member N.I splinter-group co-ordinater

Although looking as though Jan's budget of £300 will be tough to keep within, aiming for £270 (10% less) for Feb which is shorter month and four adults down to two when both DDs are back at Uni.January GC 299/300
February GC 295/270
March GC 92/243 then lost the plot and stopped recording for two months and went way over
May GC 372/250 still looking for the plot
June GC 118/2500 -

Can I join in too? First time newbie here! Would like to try and do £200 for this month (£50 a week). That's for 2 adults 3 children, but will also be hosting a party so am hoping to eat up as much of cupboards as possible. Am doing sw too, but that's fairly easy to keep on trak as long as I don't buy loads go muller lights lol! Our month starts on 27th jan x0

Almost through my January - February starts when I get paid on Tuesday 21st. Although I have huge stocks of food in Freezers and pantry next month will still be 31 days for me so I am putting down for £60 for February please. I just can't seem to stop shopping although I do limit myself to offers, reduced or YS items, pound shops and charity shops. I do need to address the compulsion even though it's not doing any harm to me financially.
I have great plans this summer to grow as much as I can on a small plot and also do a lot of dehydrating just as soon as I get my solar panels fitted. Long term I intend to cook everything from scratch and generally live more simply. Meanwhile whilst still working full time I am just experimenting to see what works for me and what isn't worth the effort.
Good luck all. I hope you find plenty of bargains and lot of self restraint!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14
