I've done a small shop today and realised that if we can get through next week without needing any bits accept for the weekend it will be ok, I can organise a SM delivery for Monday, it's not as bad as I thought and I might be able to add a little too the college bus fund!
I will add the college bus fund to my signature so you can see how it's getting on!

I've now totalled up for Feb and have come just under budget at 192.25. It was a real effort for the last couple of weeks and I have very little in the stock cupboard and no meat in the freezer, but I managed it. I'm now going over to March to start all over again...SPC # 348 2014-£169.07/2015 - £156.89

Added it up and comes to £330.30/£340 ... not sure if I can be trusted to make £9.70 last til payday but I will give it a damn good go. We should only need tuna and bread, possibly not even tuna.
I will be chuffed if manage it,as I reduced my GC budget by £20 this month and will have lasted an extra week, so a five week month finally. If I fail, then I will keep to same budget; however if I succeed, I will try again for another £20 drop.GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £85.95/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Hi everyone,
Just posting my final tally - I spent £120.83 in February, well under my budget of £180. Just shows what you can do when you put your mind to it because I spent over £300 in January when not on the challenge! February's total includes all food, cleaning products, baby stuff and occasional train trips and sweet treats from vending machines at uni :shhh:
As February was a short month and my first month on the challenge, I'm going to aim for £140 in March. See you all in the March thread!Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

Yep. We can keep each other company if there is nobody else here but us. Good luck.
