Morning diary landers
Well I'm ok this morning, over my worry of last night and remembering that it pays the bills only and I'm not going to let myself get het up about it. It is what it is.
£5 from sw@gs just hit paypal so that's going to be paid this morning.
Also my phone broke a little while ago and I've been using an old, cracked one since. The good news is Sony repaired it without question and it's on its way back to me so I will be able to do surveys on it again meaning I can get back to where I was. they didn't put up a fight or anything so I am pleased.
Ald1 tonight then yard - going to do the big clear again. There's only my daughter and I tonight so a test for us as normally we have friends there who know what they are doing LOL. Then working for an hour and an hour or so with DH to remind me what he looks like

Morning

Bad news first - my Nanna was taken into hospital early hours of this morning so I'm praying for her speedy recovery. We're a close family so everyone is feeling it this morning.
In good news, I jumped the big clear last night and the big girl went clear! She was amazing. I messed up 2nd to last fence and she still did but it meant I lost contact with left rein completely which was needed as fence 7 was dog's left to the left. She still did it though bless her - she looked after me and I love her dearly. My YO wants me to go in the 85 but patience my friend :rotfl:
Work is the same. I have a document that's just come back from review which I need to finalise and then some emails to issue/action before writing a report. I'll try to get those 3 things done by lunch time. I also need to do something for school and attend a 15 minute safety meeting before lunch too.
Last night I bought a quiche in the end as they didn't have ready made pastry and I cba to knock some together. So next week I will plan better and make one on Sunday. I'm working US hours (3-10) for W/T/F next week so I need to get organised food wise for that so the family don't have to do anything.
My lovely mam has bought the kids some clothes which are lovely and I'm very grateful. She is a wonderful Grandma and it saves me spending
I think I will take her out to lunch soon actually as we've not done that for a long time.
Money wise I spent my entry into the clear last night but that was from a pot of change I have. Went to Aldi and spent circa £17 and today will be a NSD.Debt - CCV £3792

Happy Friday everyone!
Nanna is no worse and looks like she may be in over the weekend which is good as I don't want her home until she is ready - she may say differently
So fingers are still crossed - thank you for asking.
DD is bringing a friend to sleep over tonight so that will be interesting to have a non horsey person come to the farm with us! I hope she likes what I cook as we don't have the usual freezer food in that kids seem to expect!
No spends today
Tonight I'll pack the girls to bed with a dvd and we can chill out with one too. Tomorrow we're out for a meal and Sunday should be quiet.Debt - CCV £3792

Hiya DF
Sorry not been around. Good to see you plodding along - you are doing great - every little helps
Great to see your progress jumping too - you are braver than me lol. I managed only one pole at my last event but I ended up retiring her on the xc as she didnt feel right - got back person out and yep she has pulled something in the lumbar region. A week later, bute and some rest and she was galloping around the field like a loon yesterday !
Hope your nan is okxx0 -
Good morning diary land world!
Happy Monday!
Well this weekend has yet again flown past! It has been a whirlwind.
It wasn't too bad pwps on Friday night when DD's friend slept over. We went to do the horses and they were great. DS wanted to join in with them when they got back and all hell broke loose. anyway they were tucked up into bed with a dvd and soon fell asleep. They weren't allowed to stay up too late as we were at the yard early Sat.
Sat morning was lovely, we all rode and DD is coming along amazingly. Her little friend had a go and we had smiles all round. We went home for lunch (bought soup tut tut) and then I took her friend home. I think they enjoyed it but it will be a while before we do it again! Sat afty was spent doing jobs, nipping to shops and generally catching up, then we went for a meal with family after feeding horseys. It was lovely - DH paid (that's not why it was lovely lol) and I had a great time. They all came back to ours and it was after midnight when they left but ver worth it. Few sore heads the next day I think!
We had a lovely hack out with friends on Sunday morning and thoroughly enjoyed that, then home, family time and Sunday lunch which again we enjoyed so thinking about it, although the weekend's flown by, we've had a great time and some fond memories.
I've got my phone back, well a new one
so I am really pleased - so this week shall be getting back to the surveys as it's all set up again.
In the office Mon and Tues then working 3-10 from home W/T/F so a bit of a mix up week.
The little pony rug is now on a local FB horsey site so hoping to make £25 on that.
