Good news on the loan - that will be a help I am sure.
I also got thinking about Christmas yesterday and thought I should at least write a list so I can and be organised!
I am fence judging at an event on Saturday and on seeing the weather forecast this morning ... well it should be interesting.0 -
Aw LAM - Chrsitmas will be a relief for you this year as you will be well and truly DF by then! I know you are using vouchers and things but it will be good to know you're not paying money to creditors too! Where are you judging, locally to you? I have looked into it with my closest friend, we'd love to have a go but it's fitting it in at the mo. Maybe once my DH is more horsey and doesn't complain about me spending more time at the yard than my home!....:D
It's Friday !!!! Yippeeeee. We're having a date night tonight - child free too! Going to the cinema and for a meal. Looking forward to it (not so much the rushing round before hand to get kids to sis in laws or hoss' done before hair washing and trying to dress in something nice!)
Money wise I'm now over my grocery budget as I thought I would be, so I'm going to up it for next month, same for fuel and go from there. Will 'only' need £50 between 2 of them.
I must get a few things listed on ebay too but I really don't enjoy that one bit!
Jumping in the morning, see how the big girl (well me actually) manages a small course. I'd like to start in September when my local show starts again but if I don't, I don't, if I do, I do, no pressue and it's all about enjoyment. I'll ride in my other bit tomorrow as I don't like using the wall for brakes which is required at the mo!
No changes in the finances yet - no 0% offer but I have one last month on the other card left so hopefully they will offer within a month. Pay day next week (thank god) and we start all over again! Oh how I like these monthly challenges!Debt - CCV £3792

I still have some money in my account from the loan "left over" which I will pay to the CC once they are moved over to the 0%. I'm not being charged interest on them at the moment so keeping it in current account to look healthy - don't worry I won't spend it! Those days are gone and learnt from.Debt - CCV £3792

When the loan hits I will pay off CCV immediately meaning a card with 12.5k limit and no balance. I will keep this one open as I would like them to offer me BT which I will then put CCR onto as that's running out this month. I will then close CCR. That leaves CCT which runs out at Xmas so I will move that over too and close that out meaning I will have CCV with 0% balance on it and the new one with the 0% (OD) balance on it. I will have closed 2 cards out and have the 2 loans both completing in the same month.
Breaking it down:
[STRIKE]July 2014 - open loan, pay off CCV[/STRIKE]:T:T:T
August 2014 - move CCR & CCT to CCV if 0% offered
August 2014 - close CCR & CCT
March 2015 - bonus due - make payment of c£750
April 2015 - company payrise, min 3% normally, payments up by £50 month
October 2015 - last payment to SLC
November 2015 - up CCV payment by SLC amount (£146)
March 2016 - bonus due - make payment of c£750
April 2016 - company payrise, min 3% normally, payments up by £50 month
November 2016 - last payment to CCV
March 2017 - bonus due - make payment of c£750
April 2017 - company payrise, min 3% normally, payments up by £50 month & LAST PAYMENT TO CC EVER
Loan not due to finish March 2018 so I can either save every month from April 2017 to have some savings OR save and pay the loan early. A decision I will make nearer the time
Not that I like to plan or anything......
Just posting on status wrt the plan I madeFirst action, done.

So I can safely say I need to up my grocery budget by £50 and fuel will be £30 ish. I'll factor that in shortly as pay day on Friday. A frugal week until then.
Another week is upon us and I've had a really busy morning already but until my updates are done I don't feel ready to move on to the next thing!
Weekend saw another busy time but involved a mega headache again on Saturday afternoon. Thankfully it lifted in time to family BBQ. Lots of nice family time but no home cooking needed as we were invited out all weekend which was fab
I have brought lunch in today as normal tho have made a salad as need to get back into healthy ways again. My usual wraps aren't unhealthy but I feel "cleaner" and more satisfied after a fresh salad.
Tea tonight is chicked, veg and rice.
I have a list as long as my arm with very random items on it to get done today so I shall get on with that soon - both home and work!
No spends other than above this weekend which suits me fantasticallyWill do a survey at lunch time.
