Yes. I'm in Yorkshire and our half term here is different. It's towards the back end of February. However a lot of companies know and account for this and class half term for a month to cover most of the UK.
I only holiday in half terms. Our school and council doesn't fine (yet!) but absence is unauthorised.
I should get my first choice though as I did last year in half term.
Bring it on!! I save £170 for the same holiday through the sun.

That seems steep- we've done 2 consecutive holidays for the last couple of years using my dad's priority reference too. We've never paid anymore than about £250. Where were you thinking of going?

Is it BUTLINS??

Cheaper to book direct if it's for a Mon-Mon break. Butlins sun holidays are designed for mon-fri or fri-mon in order to get a good saving.
