do you do this at booking or ring up when already paid?
You pay for the holiday at time of booking then the holiday company send you an invoice for the extras, I just phone up and cancel everything, the service charge has to be paid for.
Absolutely gutted about Paul Walker - RIP xx0 -
I cancel everything, I take my own linen and we never use the entertainment passes as the caravan is just a base for us, we go off early exploring and come back late.
You can't cancel the service charge. I cancel everything else and have never paid more than £70 for a 4 night break.0 -
Yes it is... Skegness... Its £417 for the week direct...
Done my calculations again this is what I work it out through the Sun.
1st break: 4 @£15pp= £60
4 passes @ £15pp= £60
Service charge £11 per night =£44
total for 1st break= £164
2nd break: 4 @£15pp =£60
4 passes @£15 pp =£60
Sevice charge @£11 per night =£33
Total for 2nd break = £153
Total for week =£317
Can anyone confirm my calculations are correct??
Sorry for sounding a right dumbo,,:o:o
Also do you have to have the service charge??
When we went to Minehead last August we were never asked for entertainment passes, we only ever had to show our room key to get access to the site. This may have changed now, but because of the size of the place it's unlikely. You can remove the passes when you pay the balance.0 -
I need some help with this, I'm really confused.
I want to go away in July, which is under the £15 promotion. Can that be booked when it opens?
I'm getting conflicting information online!0 -

There are some July dates listed. 7th, 14th (4 nights) and 4th, 11th, 18th (3 nights)0 -
I know am posting this in the wrong place but i have been sat around on and off all day waiting for the code to be cracked. doesnt seem to be happening till either really late tonight or maybe in the morning when the papers come out. so i had my 1st choice of park in mind. while i was waiting i started looking around other parks etc for 2nd choice and 3rd choice incase dates were not available.
i then came across a park site called Kessingland Beach. on their website i have booked a gold plus caravan for 7 days (sun hols are only 3 or 4 nights) with free passes and free electric for £247 will be 6 of us going (3 adults and 3 kids). bargain for me. had i booked mon to fri it would have been more expensive - £270 i think it was. am well chuffed.0 -
It's open. Let the fun begin0

If you remove linen do you still get duvets? Probably a dumb question but I'd rather be sure, I only have a little car, no room for duvets. Thanks0
