I would try the holiday company's central booking office before the the actual park you have incorrectly booked at. You get two chances that way.
Brilliant I never though of that. Thanks

Dont mind me asking but where did you get?? Or dont you want to say???? My choices were not available or giving me a tent!!! for the May half term. I do not do tents ha ha. I understand if you dont want to say, judging by the numbers of those who were at Croix de V.P. last Oct on the Sun holidays I think the whole site was booked by us!!!!

Hi, I take it you've been to Croix by your comment - what's it like? I've just booked there or May half term.

Are you sure all the codes are correct etc, as I've just tried it and it works for me

I wish that I had never heard off Breakfree Holidays they have misled me and after several emails with an 'Alex', I have had trite emails saying in effect tough titty you cannot cancel although I tried to cancel within minutes off booking.
Their prices are far more than the Sun I could have brought a week in the Sun for what they are demanding.
Breakfree holidays - go away- and please do not darken my doorstop again.:(

They've certainly been spamming this thread enough :(
For the same holiday as I have just booked with the Sun, the accommodation alone is more expensive than the entire Sun holiday. AND a lot dearer than booking accommodation direct with the park - which makes a complete nonsense of the whole concept.

I'm not sure what went on with the Spreadsheet, I was getting a run-time error '70' on the spreadsheet I linked and also the same on the one you linked, however when I tried the one I linked on my work PC today, it was partially working but coming up with "it might be AA02" etc. for every word. What we need is an excel/visual basic expert to have a look at it now while the website is open, as that is the only time that you can really test it.
Obviously that have made subtle changes to the website and the conditions the spreadsheet tests for are no longer correct, its probably just a case of a few tweeks to the spreadheet coding, but unfortunately it's beyond me. Didn't Pearly fix it before?

The one that I linked to was the one that Pealy fixed last January. It worked for me - I didn't have to keep pressing the button. But iirc last year the first spreadsheet worked for loads of people, and I was one of the minority that had to keep pressing the button. The problem was something to do with the error message that the website was sending back if your code words weren't correct.

I've asked around, and nobody I know knows how to write/tweak excel macros.

Everybody should take note of this before booking either a Sun or Breakfree holiday. Booking direct with the park can be cheaper, especially if you are booking for more than 4 people out of season.

Yes, for all holidays/dates I have checked they are at least 50% more expensive!
  • Thank you sooo much for the Sun £9.50 codes
