Can't believe it's been so long since I've posted, shamed to admit my overpayments have taken a bit of a dive. It's great to see how well some people are doing and for those who've had challenging financial or family related you're in my thoughts. Since my last post so much has happened think that's why time has flown by so quickly!
I passed my Masters degree and graduate in 6 weeks! Been in my new job a whole term and had both HMIE (Scottish OFSTED) and the Care Inspectorate in for inspections so not exactly had a settling in time! My new local authority also agreed to let me to the headship course I got on so already been hitting the books again! On the downside the emergency tax has meant my wage has been less than in my old job but hopefully that'll be sorted next pay day! Anyone know if I'll get this make as a lump sum or as extra in my wages for the next few month?LBM 03/07 £44k:eek: DFD 31/12/17 :A 12/17 £2545.50

Thanks for that, last time I moved jobs it was internally so there was no emergency tax think I'll give them a call tomorrow. Fingers crossed for it as a lump sum because it's made things pretty tight the last two months.LBM 03/07 £44k:eek: DFD 31/12/17 :A 12/17 £2545.50

haven't posted on here in a good while, as it's been pretty hectic here, and I haven't made any payments, let alone overpayments. have decided to finish the cc on Monday with the money we've scraped together for mortgage arrears, so to that end, will be changing my sig as from Monday, will have to focus on mortgage arrears. This probably seems stupid, but in my head it makes sense, and I'll have to focus on clearing mortgage arrears before xmas, so from Monday on I'll have to try and make €90 overpayments per week _pale_ Will be tough, especially in run up to xmas, but will be so worth it if achieved!Credit card €7892.36/€ 0

Well done everyone for continuing the overpayments! It always seems harder somehow at this time of year with Christmas looming! Kbl, good luck with focussing on the mortgage!
