    Quite happily running 2014.9.0.2011 on 3 x W7, 3 x Vista, 3 x XP with no problems whatsoever.

    I reverted to MSE (yes, I know...!) after having some issues with Avast. It's amazing how much quicker the machine is ready for use after power-up. And how much less in-your-face it is.

    I've also had to uninstall Avast from my tablet after it decided that everything on it was a virus and wanted to uninstall most of the apps and half the OS. AVG scanned it and pronounced it healthy.

    I'm not in love with Avast at the moment, though I've been using it for a long time without previous problems.
