Evening all!
Not sure if I'm allowed to post on this thread being that I'm a guy and not expecting a baby (Or I hope that's not what that is) but...
I started collecting Nectar points too! I already had a card but never used it but since signing up to Adpoints and registering it online and basically searching for free points I now have 849 with another 250 to be added to my total next Monday when this weeks Adpoints total goes through :j that's over a fivers worth of free shopping in under a week!!!
I really wanted to mention this cool site that I follow called Hotukdeals.
Some of you may have already heard of it, it's not exactly new but it lists really good deals as well as listing vouchers and competitions and stuff like that.
Anyway. in addition to that I've also joined this years Sealed Pot Challenge and the Roadkill Rebels - I'm on a DMP because I'm thousands in the red but I feel that 2014 is gonna be a good year for me...
All the best and happy new year!

Well done on the toy sales Maria!0 -
Ahh ok. I did wonder with Jen, now I know

I've sold some more items on local fb groups. £14 worth
I'm going to wait until they pick up again to add to sig. I love fb selling groups so much better than eBay with there fees and posting out.
My day off today, it's pouring of rain here
I need to take my car to be looked at as I think my clutch has near enough gone (great
) but hoping it's the cable or something as it's only done 42k miles.

Hi everyone,
Still feeling positive about debt busting, even though I have felt pretty rubbish the past few days!
2/2 NSD so far and aiming for another today! :j
Then this weekend is no fee listing on e-bay so we are going to be listing some DVDs and a flat screen TV that we don't use anymore.
I've also found out this morning that I will have finally paid my student loan back in July! :T :T :T
I haven't listed my student loan as debt on here because the money comes straight out of my salary so I never see it.
But as soon as the last payment goes out it will feel like my salary has gone up, which is good as we didn't get an increase this year.
But, I'm not going to take the money! I am going to set a direct debit up to overpay our mortgage every month and then the rest can go into a new savings account which we won't touch. That can go towards the forever house in five or six years time! ;-)
Hope everyone who is working is loving the fact that today is Friday and not Tuesday as much as I am!
Congrats on all the bumps. That's something else we are aiming for this year...
And welcome Monkeyballs. Good to see you representing the guys!Debt free by Xmas 2014 £7775.64/£13,228.73

I've just recently started food shopping at farmfoods it's fab! I use £3 off £25 spend coupons in there from leaflets that come with the local paper. Then I go next door to lidl and get the fresh meat or anything I couldn't get in farmfoods.
I sometimes pop tesco too for things like their value pasta sauce or bits. Tesco is behind my work so I font have to make lots of trips luckily.
Owen hasn't been in pull ups for a while now which is such a relief as they cost a fortune.
I regularly use printable coupons for free items or money off items making them pence. ( if I see any good ones I will let you all know but there is a thread in the forum on coupons)
oh yes please pelase share coupons I used to be fab with them but have been rubbish recently. I need to get back into it.
Ellie has just potty trained and now we use a pull up or nappy at night and that is it. Although i got loads of nappies free with vouchers I can save them for bump. I shouldnt need to buy any or many at allJust take each day as it comes.
Bump due 18th January :j0 -
Fingers crossed you will bit of money for the TV Smarter_and_harder
The end is in sight for your student loan :j
Jen- OK will do, ive been pretty poor with them myself really as i seem to destory printers some how
Ellie is such a good girl being dry in day already
If you do need any for new baby there is a couple of pampers money off coupons on supersavvyme.
I done some adpoints last night i done 100 in total, took me a while but i now have 290 odd and only started new years eve.:D
On a good not money wise, a friend of mine has asked me to clean there flat twice a week for an hour each day for £20. I said yes straight away!
Ive also had a £30 nappy cake order. (for anyone who doesnt know already i have a small side business making baby shower gifts) so once thats made and collected i will work out profit and update sig.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Hi all,
Just got back from food shopping, i had to go T!sco today as i needed fuel and had the boy with me so didnt want to drag him all round 3 different supermarkets :rotfl:
i thought there goes my £35 budget but in the end i only went over by £1.11:D and i bought toilet rolls which bump the cost up. Im well chuffed.
I was a bit savvy and i used the hand held scanners and then when i went the till the cost was £39 i had some t!sco coupons that i used and i also had x2 pampers £1 off coupons. Now i hadnt bought the nappies but i know that the till will let you have a certain percentage off before it calls an assistant. (bit naughty i know but it used to be ok to do this and the shop still get the money back the same) So they went through no problem and i saved £3 off my shopping. :cool:Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35!
