A Home Bargains opened not too far from me last year and my mother switched to Nicky there.

As i try to be eco-friendly I buy either Andrex Eco wherever I see it on offer or Nouvelle ditto eg 18 rolls for 3.99 Lidl.

Nicky from Farmfoods. It's 2 packs of 9 rolls for £4. That's the regular price so I don't need to bulk buy.

I also buy Nicky triple from Farmfoods.

If you want to bulk buy Nicky toilet rolls from Farmfoods you could use one of their £2.50 off a £25.00 spend coupons, bringing the cost even lower:D

Thank all for your replies, it looks like Nicky is the clear winner here and works out at 22p per roll.
I did then notice while I was in Aldi that they do a 6 pack of jumbo rolls for £1.95. Apparently a jumbo roll has 400 sheets, while a standard roll is 200 sheets, so I think I got the equivellent of 12 rolls at 16p each - I think!!

Skinnylatte - the 6 x jumbo rolls look like a bargain, if any good.

iris - yes the Farmfoods tip is a good one. You obviously don't need to spend £25 on toilet rolls (but could) and could use to make up the £25 spend - 10% off, is 10% off.

My "cheapies" are on the way. I'll update once they arrive ................ all 120 of them. lol

Me too:T:T:T I find them better than any other of the supermarkets own brand toilet rolls
Maybe I am the only one that buys Shades from Asda?
    £8 / 24 rolls.

Although they seem to be doing Triple Velvet for the same price, although their rolls don't have as much tissue on them as I purchased when the last deal was on and have been sorely disappointed.

I always buy Asda shades.Like the cream ones.

Can't fault Aldi's jumbo rolls. They last forever!!! Strong quality. Have bought others like Home Bargains etc and kept finding they went in no time and for £1.95 for 6 rolls is a steal.

Don't use it though and you will get offers like £5 or £10 credits.
If you are planning on using it, open another account. ;)
I'll update asap (when the wagon arrives - lol), but not expecting anything great for the price, though at full price from the merchant they should be expected to be ok.

I bought quite a few of the Andrex that ASDA had on promotion (tickled pink and for a good cause), but they were inferior Andrex rolls and not the "proper" ones. Not really good value, but hopefully someone gained.
