Have you clicked the button in the top left to use 'discovery mode'? Then cntrl tab out of there. Don't click back onto the page after that, until it's credited or it messes it up.

Ctrl+Tab isn't anything to do with Encrave. That's something that your own PC or Laptop does.
You can go back in and out of Encrave as many times you like to check the videos are running fine so long as you remember to Ctrl+Tab to get back out.

Make sure you have the Green Tick shown in the top left.

If the videos you see are BlinkX to start with, just wait a few seconds with the cursor on the video area before you tab out of it just to make sure they start properly as the BlinkX ones can 'stick' a bit.

Thanks Quack + also Augusta, now switched to Chrome just for Encrave and it's finally working with the tabbing out! Already credited 3 times since!

I just have to try and remember to click discovery mode when I start a new session of videos!

was working for me all day whenever i went to it, and was on there from 7pm till after midnight, as well as during the day.

It doesn't for me at the moment although it used to do.

It is still going at 10pm most nights for me when I go to bed.
