Swagbucking into 2014

But I've genuinely no idea why I was banned.
I watched videos, entered captchas, conducted real searches and played games. So banning me is most perplexing.
I even read SB's response when my friend contested his expulsion. It was literally a two-sentence missive adducing 'a violation of our terms and conditions'. No further elaboration.
Sure, SB works well for lots of people. But please try to understand that some have truly been mistreated and that they have no meaningful recourse.
No-one gets "mis-treated" by Swagbucks. Stating that someone had broken terms and conditions is not "mistreating" them. It's simply passing on the reasons why the account was terminated.
If your 'friend' and you feel as though you were terminated unfairly, then that is unfortunate although it does not make it true.
It simply means that you both either don't know which conditions you broke or you both don't care to admit it.
Yes, you might have played games etc but if you played on more than one device, its grounds for a ban. If you opened up several accounts, all accounts will be banned and not just the extra ones, if you use any kind of device on your phone socket, your account will be banned.
All I do know is Swagbucks don't hand out bans for no reason. That defeats the object of their very existence.0 -
1) This the only SB account I've had.
2) It's the only SB account in the household.
3) Contrary to inference, I've not been watching videos on multiple devices simultaneously.0 -
Getting really annoyed now. I've done 2 surveys by the same company, nearly to the end, and then I get a sorry, you don't fit the criteria. Even though I've completed the survey, its the classification questions at the end. That's been a waste of nearly an hour on 2 surveys and 120 SB missed out on. First target of 122 is miles away :mad:0

So if I don't know the reason, and I'm unlikely to learn of it from SB, am I guilty ex silentio?
Isn't such a conclusion premised on argumentum ad ignorantiam?0 -

You have no idea whether you will get an explanation from Swagbucks or not.
Seems as though you're afraid of what they might say.
Any normal person would want to know why they are not able to run the account.0 -

I would want to know as I would be gutted. As long as everything on here is allowed I am sure we should all be doing it correctly? I have found it very addictive since joining. My first support was dealt with the same day & the missing 50SB from the MSE bonus added to my account too. I am very happy with my dealings with SB. I'm sure if you asked them politely they would advise you.0 -
"speed test" for 6SB & it is not acting as fast as it says for fibre!0
