Does everyone have to go down the route of getting a post card from the US every time they order a voucher? I am trying to cash in mine for some Amazon vouchers, but it will not accept my phone number for a text. I also want to order three as I cannot see how I can add to basket etc & order all at once. Is this just for the first time, or every time? Thanks

if it is the first time you have ordered then yes
I don't think we can use phone for verification in the UK
they will send you a post card it will take 5 days tops to come
there after you should be ok

I think that's only because the Amazon vouchers are on sale at the moment, though. They usually cost 849 for £5. The MSE site said:

    To the Help Centre! :D

The Amazon cards have been on sale now for a couple of months.

UK landline telephone numbers can be verified from the US which is why I asked if you had used a mobile.

When I asked about it I was told that because I had used an email address supplied by my landline provider plus that telephone number that that was all the 'proof' they needed of my address, so I've never had a card through the post. I've cashed in 14 times now and some of them were Paypal.

If you used a mobile number to set up, those mobile numbers can't be linked to your address from Swagbucks in the USA hence the need to prove your address by waiting for the postcard.

How does this work please? and what is it? How do you get swagbucks for it? I can't find an explanation on the website itself or on the first post of this thread? Thanks again!

Joey, if you look at the Swagbucks homepage you will see all the drop down menus at the top.
One of them is titled 'Discover'.

Click on 'Discover' and then click on the last item in the drop down list, which is 'Encrave'.

This then opens a new window where you should see a video screen and a space running down the left hand side.

At the top of that space, you will see the words 'Encrave Activities. Discovering Great Content' then a grey box with a cross in it.

You need to click the grey cross box so that it turns into a Green Tick and 'Discovery mode' appears alongside it.
This will now run the videos automatically without you having to touch it again.

You do need to keep the screen 'on focus' so if you are wanting to run Encrave and still be able to do other things on your computer, you need to tab out of Encrave in a particular way so as not to loose 'focus'.

So, make sure the cursor is positioned over the video area, then press Ctrl + Tab on your keyboard.
This should take you to another open tab on your computer.

After 10 or so minutes, your videos should have run all the way through and the 3SBs are yours.
When you go back onto the Encrave page, there should be a box with some writing in it up in the right hand corner of the screen with a green button that says "Keep Craving".

Click on that to run the videos again, not forgetting to change the view to Discovery Mode by clicking the green tick back on and also remembering to Ctrl + Tab out properly.

If you pop back on to Encrave to check the videos are running ok, don't forget to Ctrl+ Tab again.

The other useful tip connected to this is get yourself the Swagbucks extention as this will tell you when your Swagbucks balance has been added to. It's very handy to let you know that your videos have completed.

Let us know if you have further problems.

I just tried it with my landline which is with the same as my broadband etc & still it wouldn't accept. Do I need to put an international dial code for them in front of my landline number? If so what should I use please? Thanks I'll try that before ordering my postcode.
