Yes, this is the truth. UK users cannot verify their account via any other method because the on-line system does not accept UK postcodes or mobile phone numbers. After you have put in the code you receive on the postcode, you can set yourself up to do on-line verification for each gift card you order. You can then just answer your security question each time. Anyone who says anything else isn't telling the truth!

Although other users have sometimes reported having to verify by post again later on.

It can vary on what time./
It was my second order that i needsed to verify.
The postcard was quite quick , came in less than a week from what i can recall.
