No-one can verify on-line- I presume this is the 1st voucher you've tried to redeem. You will need to wait for a postcard to be sent to your address (verify postally). It takes some time to arrive from the USA.

Totally agree, I have been using SB for over a year and things seem more difficult now and more things are broken too. I try and use other sites instead to boost my AGC balance

I just did a survey on PL from T poll about multi vitamins, took about half an hour & at the end it said heres 1 sb - you do not qualify!! So Mad - avoid this one! should be 48sb

Sorry, that isn't true.

I have cashed in a total of £200+ in Amazon vouchers and Paypal since I began and have never had a postcard.
All my verification has been done online.
