This happened to me this morning, was doing a DS and I must have been doing it for about 40mins, got to the last page, spent ages loading, and then it was just blank! I was so annoyed, I'd spent ages on it!! Does anyone know if it's worth taking it up with Swagbucks customer support - I couldn't get a screen shot as it was just a blank page so don't if it's worth bothering? But 70SBs is a lot to lose!! :(
I've reported both times but haven't had a response yet as it's only been a couple of days. With thee second one, when I saw the message about 'please click to continue, the page may take some time to load' I captured the URL, which contained the survey number, I think.

I don't mind being screened out but having answered all the questions and given feedback I've earned the 70 SB and feel miffed at not getting it. ;)

I'd say it's worth taking it up if you have sufficient info. If there is a blank page then hopefully there is at the least the URL to cut and paste.

Thanks, I've managed to retrieve the URL, hopefully might get a reply!

    This happened to me yesterday.
The survey was a Confirmit survey.
I was not very happy because I wanted the SBs for a goal.

It then becomes annoying having to submit tickets. Last time I did, they sent back a reply saying "People get screened out of surveys for all different reasons...etc". I replied by saying, yes, but when the company has asked for feedback on the survey I just DID, then it has confirmed I have completed the survey and should be made to pay.

I bet the companies involved earn £0000s from people like us who don't get their 70 SBs here and there.
It is unethical and immoral when all said and done.

I rarely put in a ticket for these anymore as they never pay out, or make a big deal that they are entering you into some draw.

My biggest grudge is the recent change to the daily bonuses. Used to be that you got 10% of the target - target of 90, bonus of 9, etc. Now the bonuses are always slightly off. They claim that they are both up and down so it evens out, but over the last month the daily bonuses amount to less than 10%, so they are making an overall saving on the points they give out when targets are met. For a target of 108, you are more likely to get a bonus of 10 than 11.

I used to aim for 300 SB a day, and usually made it; these days I aim for the first target and then forget about it. I might make less AGV's, but I have a lot more time for myself.

hi there, want to pick your brains, have signed up to swagbucks, and have generated enough points to get £10 on paypal, but when I tried to put in my physical address for confirmation purposes it won't let me, I keep getting the message 'Please keep the input in field Zip Code to 10 characters or less.' the thing is, I'm from Ireland, and we don't have a postal code, I can't even see where they want the zip code? All I see is address, apt/suite number, and city (the county and country is already filled in). Does this mean I'm wasting my time on the site?

Is your swagbucks address the same address. ie Ireland? If so then I would enter 00000
