No symptoms. Didn't really have any with DD either. I think I'm so preoccupied with DD I've hardly noticed. I'm much more relaxed about it this time!
I'm always knackered but I haven't slept well since May 2016. Coincidentally that's when DD was born... :rotfl:0 -

Hi All,
Can i please join you all (and hopefully stay the whole 12 weeks). I am 5w1d, due 20th November 2018. This is my second pregnancy, unfortunately we had a miscarriage in June at 10 weeks. I'm praying that this baby goes to full term and I have a healthy and happy pregnancy.
I am really glad that this pregnancy feels very different to the last one, I have some morning sickness, so tired all the time and always so hungry! No sore boobs or cramps this time.
Hope everyone is feeling good today!

Hi Tasha and welcome. so sorry to hear about your mc, and fingers crossed this one works out ok for you.
I'm officially 12 weeks today - how did that happen?!! Still getting some sickness (especially when hungry). Boobs seem to have settled down and I have a little more energy than I did - I even saw 10pm a couple of nights last week without an afternoon nap!
Scan on Wednesday so will update then and hopefully I'll feel ready to move onto the next board after that.MFiT challenge #60

Good luck for scan afoolandhermoney.
Congratulations Tasha:)
I've been gp now so the ball is rolling on sorting out midwife appointments etc.
Feeling nauseous this week but haven't been sick yet.
I'm aroubd 7 weeks (according to Dr I'm 7+2, according to online calculator that takes into account average cycle length and luteal phase I'm 6+6)
Got cramps this afternoonI'm not worried till there's blood but it isn't much fun
Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0 -
thanks selement - the sickness didn't hit me til about week 7 or 8 (sorry to say you might not have gotten away sick-free) I just felt nauseous up to then too. Definitely better for eating little and often (I'm in love with dairylea triangles on oatcakes for a second breakfast!). Hope the cramps stop soon too (I've had dreadful tummy issues and keep getting spasms from that - which prompts mini-panics, though no blood so I usually relax again; the rest have just been everything stretching I guess)MFiT challenge #60

Hi All,
Hope your scan goes wellafoolandhermoney, we have booked a private scan next Wednesday, hoping everything looks good, strong heartbeat etc and then I will relax a little bit. I can not wait until we are over 12 weeks!!
Hope your nauseous is passing Selement, as long as I eat something like toast as soon as I wake up I seem to be okay, if I don't I feel nauseous all day.
Have a good day all.

fingers crossed Tasha.
All went well this morning, measuring as 12+6 today (which is nearer what I thought I would than my dates suggested). Good strong heart beat and baby wriggling around like anything at first but settled down and stayed still for measurements (hope that good behaviour continues!).
Screening results will be back in a fortnight (more so we can prepare ourselves and family if it comes back as high risk, rather than to actually do anything) but all is looking good at the moment. Still being sick though so might have to speak to midwife (off to pick up my aspirin prescription on the way home too - family history of pre-eclampsia so trying to reduce my risk of that)MFiT challenge #60

Congrats on your scan afoolandhermoney!
Hows everyone doing.
I am now 5+6 days. Not much symptoms apart from bloating making me look 6 months pregnant!
We booked an early scan for next Thursday so have something to look forward to.
Hope you all have a nice Easter!0 -
