That's great news Credit - so happy for you both and I'm pretty sure we'll prob do the same!
Disney, thank you for your post - I just feel so 'un pregnant' that I feel a bit of a fraud at the moment.
I have done two further tests since we got our BFP and each time, the second line has got progressively stronger so in my mind that means my HCG levels are increasing but I know I can't continue doing that every week.
This is such an emotional roller coaster ride isn't it!
Thanks for being here for me otherwise I think I might go nuts!

Thats wonderful news credit_crunch so happy for you and your DH!
Hugs for all those who are worrying I think its impossible not too sometimes x
The evening sickness is carrying on for me. It's pretty brutal TBH but I'm still grateful for it. I stopped testing after I got my 3+ weeks on the digital but the scan was what made it seem real to me. I don't think I'll fully relax until after my 12 week scan though.
Hugs to all0 -
Fantastic news credit_crunch
Sorry you're feeling so rough purcy hope it eased off soon.
Hugs Gelly it's so stressful, this first trimester, isn't it? I haven't had much in the way of symptoms either. I'm 12 weeks and sometimes I feel like I've made it all up. I'm so scared for the scan next week. Are you getting an early one done? I decided against it. Ignorance is bliss and all that..

Is this normal?....Found out i was preg 6 days ago and according to my calculations im 5+4 today, it will be my 5th child and 5th c-section. Getting all the normal symtoms like sickness and sore boobs but i also have a pain in my right side very low down near my hip, I say pain its a bit like a stitch but been there constantly for 4 days now. I dont notice it so much when im stood up but when im laying down especially if im laying on my left side its quite uncomfortable and have to use a pillow under my tummy. I have had this before in pregnancy but only when ive been heavily pregnant and baby is laying in a certain position making me uncomfirtable, clearly thats not the cause this time as im not even 6 weeks yet. Has anyone had this, this early on? Im just a bit worried that it could be the sign of ectopic pregnancy0

Gelly just calling in from the other thread to say that no symptoms are not a reason to worry - I'm 28+1 and I can honestly say that the only 'real' symptoms I've had are constipation (from around 10wk), wind (awful I know) and weight gain!
I'm had little things that could fall under it too I guess like sinus pain but I have bad sinuses in the later part of the year anyway other than that I've had an easy ride with my pregnancy.
Not really any help but I just wanted to chip in and say that whilst some people get every symptom some get none and are no less pregnant. I felt like a bit of a fraud until our 12wk scan and then those feelings crept. Back in until I started getting a bump around 17/18wk!************************************

So pleased for you credit_crunch!
Teabag - I had a stitch like pain lower left side on and off up until about 10 weeks I think. I wrote about it on this board and can remember a few people said they had it.....Like you I couldn't remember having it with previous pregnancies. If you are worried though - see your dr x0 -
Just to say I still feel sick some days - I think it depends on you, but I didn't have this with DS - little miss is having me a sicky ride - but its totally worth it
I must say the first 12 weeks are indeed the most nerve wracking, the days dragged for me and it felt like I waited 6 months for the 12 week scan if that makes sence - after 12 weeks it has gone fast although going in for my 20 week scan came quick I was almost as nervous as my 12 week.

Ditto! I found out I was pg at 5 weeks... the time between 5 and 12 weeks was just filled with worry and every week felt like a month until that magical 12 week scan! So thinking of you all as the first trimester is definitely a testing time for even the stronger woman emotionally IMHO. I worried when I had symptoms, I worried when I didn't have symptoms!
However, since the 12 week scan time has flown! I'll be 17 weeks tomorrow, it is going quite quick. Don't me wrong, I have days when I whine that my 20 week scan is too far away (I'm desperate to find out if I'm team blue or team pink!!!) but rationally... the second trimester is easier emotionally x
PS teabag... definitely had stitch like pains in early pg, low down near the bikini line. I also had period like pains pretty much constantly until about 10 weeks. I did go for an early scan at 7+5 as I was so worried, being my first I don't know what's right and what's wrong... but everything was fine. However if you've had c-sections before it could be related? I don't have any experience of that though x
