Thanks! I might look at switching to something with a few extras once I've used the supplements up. Was worried there was some kind of conspiracy theory I'd missed out on :rotfl:

Londongirl - It took my midwife a week to get in touch with me to arrange my first appointment. I was roughly 6 weeks when I found out too, I just got a vibe they weren't that bothered about rushing me in? It's my booking appointment on Wednesday, I'll be about 9+3 from what I've guessed when I finally meet my midwife. Then I guess my scan date will be a few weeks after that. If you go on the NHS website there's a schedule of midwife appointments so you find out what to expect

Just added my scan from today & my new EDD from the scan. Looks like I'm now sharing a date with Highlandlass & Niptuckfan!

LittleMoog, the automatic numbering didn't allow me to quote I'm afraid so I've had to copy it and add the numbers back in! Also, should your early scan date read 21.07.15 rather than 21.03.15?

Thank you Cinny91. I found out really early - I think about 3 weeks ago (you'd think i'd remember the date really but i don't!) And went to the GP 2 days later when i must have been about 4 weeks. I guess if the letter was sent on 7th it might not have been received til 9th so its only just a week but i've not been logged on to the system according to the person i did speak to who told me to call antenatal as she couldn't check if the letter had been received. I guess i just wait a little longer and hope they have it! Must have phoned about 15 times with no answer - and 15 times when it has a busy tone - yet i keep redialling and after the busy tone it goes to ringing but no one answers!

I think I waited 2-3 weeks for my booking in appointment after my initial GP visit. Different counties have different set ups.

I SO WANT TO KNOW WHEN MY SCAN IS!!

Had my repeat scan today, and both twins are measuring nicely! One was waving, and the other seemed to have hiccups and was playing hide and seek, so took ages to get the measurements!

I have been given a new EDD of 24 Jan, so a day earlier.

I guess that is me over to the next board... Eeeek.

Updating my scan date - well spotted Laura! Glad your scan was ok today.
It's weird the numbers didn't work, we used them on the big pregnancy thread last time I was on there. Never mind :cool:

londongirl I got my booking in and scan appointments in the post a few weeks after the GP referral last time. You could try searching community midwives for your area, as here we can just ring the MW team and self-refer. It seems to work differently everywhere, but despite the hospital you're going to you should be under the CMW team that serves your GPs
