PM- my first scans made no sense according to my cycles or dates. First scan edd 26/09/14, second scan edd 16/09/14, third scan (12 week on nhs) 13/09/14. I haven't a clue which of these is right as now they're saying baby is measuring 2 weeks behind. I know it's hard but try not to worry too much. Like everyone says, baby is so small at the moment that a millimetre or 2 out makes the world of difference when it comes to dates and week of gestation! Thinking of you. xx0

Tcod thanks.ive not had an EDD date yet I *think* I should be due around the middle of feb.im just a bit bothered that its the second week I've been a week behind.0

I was the same with my scans. The first two dates I couldn't possibly have conceived for- I was on my period for one! The third date I have is probably the most accurate but with baby's growth slowing who knows! It's so inexact at this stage that I really would just try not to stress out. To be brutally honest (and from the stress i put myself through!) the worry has absolutely no impact on how things will turn out, it'll just destroy you in the meantime! Hold onto the fact that you're here now. There is a baby. There is a heartbeat. You do feel sick. Hope your next scan comes around quickly and eases all the worry for you.0

First thing my dh said was the amount I've been stressing has caused baby to be small so of course felt even more guilty etc.i am finding being pg really hard going ESP for a mh point of view.i know there's not a lot I can do but wait and hope which is a killer.i want it to be next week but not at the sametime.0

Ha. Your OH= mine. Men eh? I've made this baby small as I'm not eating enough... Er. Ok then. Don't be hard on yourself. Pregnancy is hard especially after fighting to get here. And don't listen to your OH!0

Morning all, off work today as had bad cramps overnight which meant I hardly slept. Called midwife who said probably just ligaments stretching and not to worry unless I had bleeding. Feel bit better now anyway

Had booking appt last week, have to go to hospital tomorrow for blood tests and hand in another pee sample.0 -

Hi all have been lurking the past week since I found out I was pg, had no clue, thought I had flu! Dating scan Thursday could be up to 12 weeks already but due to irregular TOM and very long cycles we have no clue really! Had my booking in but midwife couldn't hear heartbeat so until scan I am having trouble believing its real and also worrying! Although I do have other symptoms it's not real until you see it! So just saying hi and hoping to join in when I know what's happening!
