1 hour ti- inspection and I am super-stressed. Didn't get as much done last night as planned, waiting impatiently for the kitchen floor to dry so I can do the last little bits.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0

The inspection was excellent. I scored 4 out of 5, I would have got 5 out of 5 but I didn't have the due dilligence paperwork until she brought it today.
She said the kitchen was spotless

Thanks everyone, working my way through the due dilligence paperwork today.
Had a few spendy days with small spends and haven't remembered to wear my pedometer for a few days.
It's raining today so can't put my stall out, but going to look into a localish table top sale and see if I can get a table for June.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0
