Can I join all you lovely ladies please? I joined a little while ago and got things under control but having just added up everything I have, I can see things are multiplying again!! I have 180 products to use up including 20 body lotions and 11 foot creams which I'm really bad at remembering to use! So my aims are no purchases until june and to end the year on less than 50 products which I think should be doable.

Good luck with your resolution Parisian I won't join you though as I know I wouldn't be able to resist temptation for that long! I do have two goals though which I'm hoping to achieve: firstly no buying unnecessary things for the month of January, and secondly I counted 13 :eek: bottles/pots in the shower this morning so i'm trying to use these up before opening anything else.

I have been lurking following this thread for awhile. I am slowly working through all my stash of creams and potions. I haven't bought any for a while but now have some to add after xmas.


Only toiletries being bought are for hubby (toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and shampoo) The cupboard is almost bare of all those items.

Hello & Happy New Year to everyone. I would like to rejoin the thread if I may please. Life got really busy and I just didn't have time to post/keep up with all the lovely UUs everyone was reporting on the thread last year.

I am hoping 2014 may be a little calmer so I will hopefully have time to post/keep up. Plus, I still have some serious inroads to make in my stash.

Like VALM my serious downfall was the Q - this year I am going to continue adding to my Sealed Pot Challenge every time I resist buying something. I know from past experience that I can't go completely cold turkey but I managed to end last year on a minus and I hope to do the same this year.

I have got the New Year off to a reasonable start with 2 UUS already:

Lulu time edp - 2ml sample size. WNBA - nothing special. Still searching for my holy grail perfume and still haven't forgiven Clinique for discontinuing Simply....

Clarins mascara wonder longueur (mini trial size) - I really liked this & WBA when all my other mascaras have finished. I will be starting a Prescriptives one tomorrow (gives you some idea how long that has been in the stash as Prescriptives was discontinued many years ago!).:o

Im still hovering - still amazingly have complete control of what I have, I feel like some sort of reformed chocoholic or something !! I do have boots vouchers from christmas though - and with the sales on I thought it might be sensible if i was to go and see whats left in the sale to get stuff that I will need through the year.
