Hello ladies! A very happy new year to you all and welcome to the new folk and returnees :)

Just popping in to report my very first UU of the year :j

Lush Think Pink bath bomb - WNBA but only because I don't take very many baths (I shower instead, I am clean honest! :o). I'd broken it in half ages ago last time I used it and "saved" the other half. I honestly don't remember how long I've had it, but the fragrance had gone. It was still lovely though and turned the bath water a rather fetching colour and made my skin all soft and lovely. Many points, but I have bath floats and bubble baths and stuff to use before I even think about any more bath bombs.

I'm gonna have to have more baths lol :)

Oh and I ended the year only slightly ahead with 35 INs, 35 UUs 3 TA Total Spend £28.09. :o

At least a lot of them were NBIs :)

VALM: thanks for the tips. Husband has decided he is going to Gibralter and Marakesh. I want to see Gibralter because I have a photo of my Granda there when he was in the Navy. Stood up at the top of the hill in uniform with an ape behind him. I really want to see the Alhambrah (my spelling is horrid, I just woke up), it's on my bucket list.

HONEY, I am a total GWP groupie. I was buying brands I never use because the gifts are so pretty. Estee Lauder and Lancôme are my regular fixes. I was a happy woman when Dior discontinued GWPs here in Canada. Unfortunately I buy their Secret Diva every October in their Breast Cancer auction. I get a surprise at the start of every month which pretty much covers all my Dior lust and the odd thing has been used as emergency gifts.

All the make up bags can become overwhelming. I use a bag/pouch to hold all my pens and handcreams in my work tote bag. Others I put aside and donate to a local women's shelter. The shelters love getting all the bits from the gwp bags as so many women come in with nothing and the bag can hold so many little things they might need.

I've one more night shift to do and then it's back to days next week. I'm getting too old for this! It warmed up to -5C this morning and when I left work it was freezing rain. The roads are a mess and for some reason there are people in this town who seem to forget there is snow six months of the year. There is no need to drive on the main road at 25 km/hr when the posted limit is 70. Yes, the roads are icy but these people are usually driving massive SUVs with snow tyres. I drive a little Focus with my snowies on and am more afraid of them than the lousy conditions.

Rant over. I might finish two body lotions and a handcream this month.

Yes, these are the offers that get me too. The only saving grace with the Clinique ones though is that most of the time you have to buy skincare products to qualify and I have not got on with any of their skincare products that I have tried.

Thanks for reminding me re: the make up bags. Want to keep an eye out for the next free listing day on Ebay as I have four new Elemis make up bags to list.

think ebay is still free till the 5th of jan,i have lots of stuff on at the mo.

think most of my stash is bonus time stuff from clarins and Clinique!
noticed I have changed allegiance to some brands over the years as walked right past BS and Lush yesterday....still have Christmas goodies from years back.new love for bathroom stuff is molton Brown, their handwashes leave a lovely smell on your hands, bought my fav orange and bergamot handwash and cream in JL sale yesterday so enough to last this year now.
Am going to use the Elemis case that contained some sale goodies as a pressie for DSs girl for her birthday,it is a lovely case but know I would not use it.I had bought her a seasalt tote but DS said he was not sure it was her thing and the other pressie was an ash bucket for the house!!

UU to report - the travel size Dove body wash I'd hoped to use up before xmas but got distracted by another shower gel.

Oh, I haven't included perfume or make-up in my total. I never actually buy perfume, when I run out I just wait until my birthday/Christmas and ask for some. It's the same with make up (apart from face powder & bb cream) Hubby usually buys me some for birthday/Christmas :)

    Morning ladies!

Parisian, I would love to join you in your quest and know that my stash is up to it, however I have failed at the first hurdle and just placed a Mr B order for D&G Desire The One. This in itself is not so bad, as I only have one full size (2/3 used) perfume and two minis, but the EDP comes with a body lotion - I already have 2.8 litres of lotions so I think this counts as unnecessary!!

I am consoling myself with the fact that the EDP worked out 50% off, and seems to be rarely discounted by much, and I also paid in points.

The good news is that I have another UU:

    3. No7 P&P Intense Beauty Serum 5ml - WNBA, feels a little too silicone-y on my skin and leaves it congested after prolonged use.
