    Totally agree, buyers are all scammers now! I've been diddled out of money for tickets my t**thead buyer claims he 'didn't receive'. Really? Enjoy your day out did you? Scumbag.

    Can't be bothered with Ebay now, closing my account. Pointless and rip off ish!

    Since tickets will have gone special delivery why did you lose an eBay case if item was delivered? If it was not delivered then you could claim from RM.

    Although from your other thread you have no idea if your buyer was a scammer or not as you have no proof of delivery. Why would you expect Ebay to pay for your incompetence?
