    Hi,everyone-remember me??Yyyooooohhhhhhooooooooo........
Seems absolutely years since I had a NSD,though in reality it is just over a week.Haven't had big spends, just niggly spends:school lunches, cake sales, litres of milk (only so much milk my fridge will hold, and with family of 6,we get through alot).
Went shopping with OH on Sunday to buy new trainers for all the kids,he paid with his card, but I thought I should contribute something,so lost a NSD there, even though he wan't expecting money-could have stretched that to a NSD if I wanted to.

    However,today is NSD 8

NSD (colours and fonts not working, sorry!!).

Will be trying very hard to reach my target this month.Should be able to manage it,though DD has birthday on Sunday,so should think about buying afew birthday presents :o

And a cheeky little number 9 NSD dives into the Cauldron of Doom......a week till payday, and some very interesting meals appearing on my menu plan, including roast gammon one day and leftover gammon served with pasta and a packet pasta sauce from the store cupboard the next.....salmon kedgeree using a big tin of pink salmon and served with soft poached eggs on top.......just need to find a use for that tin of hotdogs and that tin of ham from the Christmas hamper (things which I would not dream of buying but am too tight to chuck out....)..any and all suggestions welcome (shut up, Igor...)

Well done on the debt busting and grocery budget. Have you tried home made pizzas? I made a batch of dough, rolled out my bases and added the tomato top, then wrapped in cling film and put in the freezer.
    :D

I do try to make my own pizza's and I prefer to cook everything from scratch if I can...but got to Friday after another hard week at work and was feeling a bit too lazy to make pizza dough and topping...I didn't break the bank by buying the pizza (only £1.50)...although i'm planning on doing a dough batch for the freezer this coming weekend :)

    ...and i'm upto NSD #9...feeling proud! :j
