Had a peek yesterday in TK Maxx and it's all the broken, scruffy bits left, sadly.
There were a couple of shelves like that at the Mansfield store last night, but a closer look got me a slightly battered (wind damaged?) Lebkuchen-Hans gingerbread house for 30p! (BB April).
  • Few good bargains bought in Ashford branch. Child's navy IKKS coat, beautifully made and RRP £115 - £2. Children's jeans, tops and cardigans £1 each. Tom Tailor lovely leather tote bag £7, stationery, children's toys Fire House £1.50 (was about £30 before Xmas), books 20-50 pence, 2 Italian glass vases £2 each. Lots and lots of broken homeware, saw a lovely purple coat reduced to £4 from £60, tried it on, sadly a rip down the front which would have been difficult to repair. All in all, a good day.

Yesterday went to one local TK maxx and they were reducing yellow stickers items hourly. The store associate who was reducing and taking the best items for herself. There was a coat which still was £17, I tried it on and put it back on the rail. She has put another sticker on which made £11 for the coat and did not put it back, was holding it while reducing other things. I enquired and she said that she wants it for herself because the coat is £11 now... Are they allowed to do it? I am thinking if she was doing it purposely after seeing me trying this coat before???

Just wondering if anyone knew when the July yellow sticker sale is set to start. When I picked up a few bits in the Jan mark down, the assistant said they also do one in the summer, usually July. Thanks
