received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

TK Maxx yellow sticker clearance

In TK Maxx Perth branch today and they were putting the yellow clearance labels on. I got lovely boxes of six bars of soap for £4 or three bars for £3. They also had Joico shampoo and conditioner sets(the 300ml size) for £8. Boxes were a bit bashed but can't be bad at £4 a bottle. They also had assorted bed head sets. Lots of undies and bras getting marked down. PP, maidenform and CK pants at £1 and £2 a pair and bras at £3 and £4. HTH.

Is it time for a winter yellow stickers final clearance? It normally in the end of January or have they moved it forward? Please can someone clarify, may be someone from TK maxx?0

Went to Tkmaxx yest, they were still labelling some items with yellow stickers. Asked if this was the sale that items were reduced daily and was told that it wasn't.
Got some underwear and hosiery for £2/£3, only had quick browse as kids lost interest.How much ?????????!!!0 -
I was chuffed at seeing the yellow stickers y'day but looking closely, prices seemed really high compared to last year! Didn't buy anything.0

Popped into the Crown Point Leeds store quickly last night, there were a few Xmas gifts reduced, lots of smellies, and some nice boxed Pringle, Green Treat and Levis women's socks for £4.

TK Max hasn't been a good value like it used to be. With yellow stickers or without. Few years back no boots were over £29 but now they are around £50 and over, jackets too....0

had a look in TKMaxx yesterday but there was no sign of any yellow stickers yet. I hardly ever go in there these days though as the prices are a lot, lot more than they used to be. A few years ago I was buying loads from there as the prices were amazing but sadly no longer.0
