February starts for me today because it's payday
I plan to go to Costco tomorrow to stock up on tasty chicken and then do a proper shop at Asda/Aldi.
£200 is the new budget - a £25 reduction on last month and £50 reduction since I started the challenge in November :j0 -

Have been up since 4.30 stressing about a hospital appt I've got this morning, so I've used the time to meal plan for the next week & write my shopping list!
Quick question, does anyone have a fantastic recipe for HM beef burgers, I can't remember the last time we had burgers, so would like to make them next week
I'm hoping today will be a NSD, but depending on today's outcome I may need comfort food later;)
Hope everyone has a good Friday x
Hope all goes well for you and you have a NSD.Slimming World at target0 -

Hi. Just use some mince, salt, pepper, one beaten egg to bind. Some people use breadcrumbs, but I try to keep mine as simple as possible. Nice things to add are - garlic paste/fine chopped onions/herbs/red pepper pesto/reg pesto/chilli/paprika. Just depends what kind of flavour you want.

First Trouble - maybe you could try focussing on the smallest debt (looks like one only has £100 left) and say we can pay this off sooner. Good Luck! I know what it's like as my OH and I are very similar.

Sorry for the large text everyone, not sure how to fix it.
Dinner last night of bbq chicken, hash browns and baked beans. Resisted the takeaway but didn't fancy a curry so made a fakeaway.M3 Dec2015 #160 Target £150,000 (BU £155000)0 -
Have updated my sig after my AF order yesterday.
Had soup for dinner and fish cakes, HM chips and some of the mushy peas for tea. It was lovely and not had it for ages
Going out today for an hour or two with a friend, so will have dinner out, but it's not counted in grocery spends. It'll be good to have a catch-up.

I decided to be really disciplined this month and for the first time did the
fiscal fast and lasted 13 days without spending anything other than the direct
debits that came out of my account.
Well Done - what a great start to the month!M3 Dec2015 #160 Target £150,000 (BU £155000)0 -

Not so great was throwing out $20 worth of meat that had gone off
Should have put the lot in the freezer at the start of the week. I am sooo annoyed at myself!!
